The night before the big final, the team players together with their spouses were invited to spend the night at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Port Elizabeth. A cocktail function saw various members of the business world meeting the players.

Spring Rose Rugby Club, the oldest black rugby club in South Africa, who in 2007 celebrated their centenary year, recently forged a new partnership with Auspex Property and Radisson Blu Hotel. When Ben Nyaumwe, MD of Auspex Property and owner of Radisson Blu Hotel, Port Elizabeth was approached by Mr Gerald Majola (a past player of the club) to assist with the sponsorship of the club tracksuits, it was an instant 'yes!' Current and past players enjoyed a breakfast function at the Radisson Blu Hotel, in honour of the club and to receive their new tracksuits. The current players depart over the Easter Weekend to play in a Saru tournament, in East London which will see 16 club teams from across the country competing. Spring Rose is currently ranked one of the strongest in the country and has been the breeding ground for many Springboks.

The Radisson Blu developed by Auspex Property is the winner of the annual South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) Port Elizabeth awards for Excellence in Property Development.
